virus@free-av.com 으로 바이러스 신고하시면 H+BEDV에서 확인을 합니다. 그 후에 신고한
바이러스에 대한 대략의 업데이트 날짜와 신고에 대한 답잡을 보내 줍니다.

Please do indicate the following information for inquiries in the support forum:

• program type (e.g. AntiVir for Windows 98 or NT)
• accurate program version (from the info window)
• accurate AVE version number (from the info window)
• accurate VDF version number (from the info window)
• type of operating system and version (e.g. Windows NT 4.0 with SP 3)
• is the problem reproducible ?
• files used, type and version of application program
• software used

New viruses and suspect files

Any viruses which cannot yet be detected or removed by the AntiVir Personal Edition or
which appear suspect should be packed (WinZIP, PKZip, Arj etc.) and emailed as an
attachment to virus@free-av.com. Since some email gateways use ○○○virus software,
you should also give the file a password to prevent them from being unpacked without
warning (please don뭪 forget to tell us the password in your email!).
