Resolutions:

This is a generic error which indicates that we encountered an error that we could not recover from. You may be able to determine the specific error encountered by looking in the file Windows Update.log.

Try deleting all the content of Program FileWindowsupdate and Program FileWindowsupdateV4
Except for the iuhist.xml file located in Program FileWindowsupdateV4

Try disabling antivirus and firewall programs.

    해결책: Update.log파일을 보면 에러가난 원인을 알 것 같다. Program File\Windowsupdate\V4에 있는 iuhist.xml파일을 제외하고 Program File\Windowsupdate와 Program File\Windowsupdate\V4안에 있는 모든.. ↓댓글에댓글

    파일을 지우시오. 안티바이러스와 방화벽을 사용하지 않게 하고서...
    문제: 새 하드웨어 업데이트시 왼쪽 프레임의 활성 링크를 눌러 발생한 것 같음
    (제 영어 실력이 좀 짧아서 제대로 의미 전달이 되었나 싶군요.. ↓댓글에댓글
