MAC OSX 이후의 운영체제만 지원하는 Intel_Mac 환경으로
모토로라 CPU를 사용하는 구형 Mac에 널리 사용되던 MAC OS-9을
사용할 수 있게 해주는 도구입니다

퀵타임이 기본설치되는 셋트이며
400MB~1GB 정도의 하드디스크 공간만 있으면
어디든지 "그냥 압축을 풀어서 쓸 수 있는 도구"로서
WIN32/NT에 쓰이는 DOSBOX, 버츄어_컴퓨터처럼 MAC_OSX에서도 일종의 가상컴퓨터 환경을 사용할 수 있게 해줍니다
유닉스/리눅스 환경에서 사용자별 계정을 할당하고 자원을 공유하는 것처럼
OS9를 갖가지 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다(대표적으로는 90년대 고전 MAC게임)

COI is a application that gives Mac Intel owners the ability to run Classic (OS-9) programs. The environment has networking, quicktime, a OSX mountable 400/800/1200 Meg HDs for your applications and access from the OS-9 desktop to your boot volume. Unzip and place the application anywhere. This release overcomes the following limitations of Sheepshaver (in general) and previous versions of COI:

1) No installer necessary,
2) The Application can be placed anywhere (the “Utilities” folder is a nice place).
3) Blank HD’s for your old applications and data
4) Drag & Drop access to OSX
5) Includes the “NewOS” application so that you can replace OS9 with another OS (7 or (Any or all of the extra HDs must be put in “/Users/Shared” to automount in OS-9. Your /Users/Shared folder shows up on the OS9 desktop as “Unix”)

SIT, SITX는 매킨토시의 OSX 운영체제에서 사용되는 실행/압축화일입니다
MS의 운영체제인 WIN32나 NTx, VISTA에서는 그대로 실행할 수도 사용할 수도 없으므로
